All active and passive components are mounted on easy to get high quality printed circuit boards. In operation the instrument is not easy to use but also extra-ordinary fast in response time. OX-200D a dual range analyser with auto switching range feature to check Nitrogen purity in cylinders or in process with resolution of 0.01% (100 PPM) Oxygen is very practical for application. Second range of 0-25% is provided for quick calibration with standard air. A highly sensitive long life electrochemical sensor has been used for fast response. Oxygen content in the sample produces a chemical reaction and an electrical signal directly proportional to its concentration. Since the cell requires no external power, it is inherently intrinsically safe.
